RYA Powerboat L/1 for children 8-16

A one day course for children. No previous experience required.

It will give you confidence to drive a powerboat safely under supervision. You will practise leaving the pontoon, coming alongside, picking up buoys, manoeuvring, and driving safely round a short course. In the afternoon you will helm at up to 12 knots (the speed limit) to Greenwich and back.

All young relations of members and non members are welcome to apply. Only £30 for the day.
