Over 2 days (typically 8-16 hours), you’ll learn fundamental sailing theory and practical skills in a small dinghy or keelboat. The course covers basic boat parts, rigging, essential knots, helming and crewing techniques, points of sailing, and basic safety procedures. You’ll practice launching, sailing on different points of sail, tacking, gybing. By the end, you’ll understand how to sail a simple course and handle a dinghy in light winds under supervision. Perfect for anyone wanting to start their sailing journey.
