Sailing Taster Events

Experience sailing from Greenwich Yacht Club. Join us on Saturday, 11 July for a keelboat taster. For the more adventurous, join us on Sunday, 12 July, in the Meridian Trophy race across the meridian to the Cutty Sark and back. Click on the events below to make a booking.

Powerboat Taster

Thames Active at Greenwich Yacht Club is offering powerboat taster trips on Saturday, the 11th of July, for anyone interested in finding out more about opportunities for training and activities on the Thames. 

Trips are available from 11:00 am on the hour – come along and sign up at the desk by the gate for a time and be prepared to arrive 10 minutes prior. Trips are available for all adults and for children over 11 years of age. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

The final trip will be at 16:00.

An escorted tour of the club will be available after the trip or separately if preferred.
