VHF/SRC rules for members without a license

It is specifically for members who have not yet gotten a VHF/SRC license but use VHF sets on the safety boats, – restricted to Ch M. Also, who may use a cruiser or motorboat VHF set with the owner’s permission.
It is important to know the restrictions!
